We believe our hand-crafted approach is part of our appeal, so every item is created to order, just for you. Keeping clean Knowing from experience how dirty children's clothes can get, all our products can be washed at 60°c (with whites if necessary, except tie-dyed) and tumble dried. You can also iron directly onto the painted image. How big? Our sizes are generous so we recommend you buy based on age. If in any doubt, please seek our advice. To view our size chart, please click here. Labels & wrapping Labels on children's clothes tend to be too itchy or too visible. At Stuck for Words, the labels are attached to the packaging, not the clothes. If ordered for a postal delivery, our goods are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and tied with purple ribbon with a label attached. This label can be personalised, using the empty speech bubble device on the front, whilst full washing instructions are printed on the reverse. However, if possible and to avoid any disappointment, please try to allow 28 days for delivery. If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know - we can usually meet most deadlines. Postie Pat Your order will be sent by First Class Recorded Delivery. This means your postie will need a signature when he delivers your parcel. If this poses a problem, please let us know and we make alternative arrangements. Postage and packaging are free for all orders over £50. For orders costing less than £50, P&P rates are: UK, including the Channel Islands - £2.00 Europe & the RoI - £6.50 All international orders, including those to Europe, are sent Royal Mail Recorded Airmail, requiring a signature on receipt. Please note, there may be some countries to which we cannot despatch goods. When ordering online, if the country you require does not appear on our list of destinations, please email us for more information. Please also note, Stuck for Words is not responsible for any import taxes that might apply to goods delivered outside the UK. Not delighted? If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return the goods, with the appropriate label(s), within 28 days of receipt. We will then send an exchange item or full refund, whichever you prefer. Please obtain proof of posting if returning goods. Unfortunately, we can only refund your postage if the goods are faulty.
